How does this work?

To help you get the most out of the My Signage Portal platform, we’ll be running weekly training sessions every Wednesday which you can join at your next convenience.

The sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams, where our expert will guide you step by step through the key features of My Signage Portal.

Here’s what we’ll cover during the session:

  • Introduction (5 mins): Overview of My Signage Portal and its website.
  • Rapid Publish (15 mins): Logging in and going through the Rapid process.
  • Templates & Playlists (20 mins): How to build and customise personal templates for playlists.
  • Scheduling (10 mins): Setting up schedules with practical examples.
  • Player Section (10 mins): Managing and monitoring your players.
  • Additional Features (15 mins): A tour of other useful tools.
  • Q&A (15 mins): Ask me anything – this section can be extended to address further questions.
